The first step is to give us a call, or shoot a text/email. We will explain the process, connect with you and see if we are a good match, and work out details, such as venue, type of ceremony, date, and other relevant info.

Confirm the date and time of your wedding, venue location, and the rehearsal (if you chose that package).

We provide a guide to getting your marriage license, and if you chose the custom vows, we will schedule a meeting between you and our writer. We will provide script options, and fulfill any other services you picked.

The day of the wedding, we send you a vehicle tracking link to our drive. We like to arrive about 30 minutes early, to assist with last minute prep, to review the ceremony, and collect the marriage license. We give you a commemorative marriage certificate, as well!

TERMS:

Refunds. No refund is issued in the following circumstances:
A. Cancellation Within 30 Days. In the event a wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled wedding, no refund shall be issued as a result of the reduced ability, or inability, of Business to perform services for others within the referenced period of time.
B. Relocation of Venue Out of State. In the event Client relocates the venue for the wedding outside the state of Massachusetts, no refund shall be issued, regardless of the length of time prior to the wedding that Business is advised of the relocation.
C. Delay of the Wedding on the Scheduled Day and Time of the Wedding. If the wedding is delayed more than 30 minutes from the originally scheduled time of the wedding, Business may, at its option, decline to provide services in the event Business has other weddings scheduled, and in that event, no refund is due. Should Business be able to remain at a delayed service, wait time, defined as 30 minutes past the originally scheduled time of the wedding, is billed at $80 per hour past the originally scheduled time.
D. Inability to Process Marriage License Before the Scheduled Wedding. In the event that Client requires the processing of the marriage license prior to the wedding, and the respective authorities have not done so, no refund shall be issued to the Client.
If Client does not require the respective authorities to process the marriage license prior to the wedding, Business shall conduct the wedding ceremony and process the marriage license as soon as authorities shall allow.
E. Reschedules. No refund shall be issued by the Business after a scheduled wedding has been rescheduled for any reason.
2. A 25% refund will be issued for weddings canceled between 30 and 60 days prior to the scheduled wedding.
3. A 50% refund will be issued for weddings canceled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled wedding.
4. Surcharges.
A. Reschedules. A minimum of $50 shall be charges for any rescheduled wedding. Rescheduled weddings are not eligible for any refund for any reason.
B. Wait time. Wait time, defined as 30 minutes past the originally scheduled time of the wedding, is billed at $20 per quarter hour, or $80 per hour.
C. Relocation of Venue. Relocation of the wedding within the State of Massachusetts is billed at $3.00 per mile from the location of the original wedding.
D. Split Payment. Clients who pay a deposit, and have a balance remaining on their account, shall be billed automatically to their credit card or payment method on the date and time the Client has agreed to, and confirmed in writing.
